The Nivernais forests offer a wide variety of mushrooms, and from September, you can hear the stag’s call. Many ponds and lakes nearby are accessible for fishing. The 100 m² house has 4 bedrooms on two levels and 2 bathrooms. Windows are double-glazed, and oil heating is available in winter for an extra fee. Please note: bed linen and towels are never provided—remember to bring your own. IMPORTANT Electricity is to be paid on site according to your actual consumption, settled at the end of your stay. Cleaning service is available for an extra charge. The house is just 3 minutes from Les Rousses resort. In winter, you’re 8 minutes from alpine and cross-country ski slopes with free shuttles. In summer, enjoy a lake with swimming and water sports, two 18-hole golf courses, hiking, cycling, horse riding, archery, and picking mushrooms, raspberries, and blueberries. 10 minutes from the Swiss border and 30 minutes from Lake Geneva. The La Cure train takes you to Nyon with views of Mont-Blanc. The region also offers waterfalls, caves, and traditional restaurants serving local specialties like yellow wine cuisine, raclette, fondue, and tartiflette.
